Return & Exchange Guidelines
For all returns or exchanges:
- Products must be returned in original packaging and include all accessories, user guides and accessories.
- Products that have been damaged or defaced are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs and/or duties won’t be covered by E-steam, but we will work with you to find the lowest rates possible.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card.
