Your Elnapress Limited Edition is warrantied for a period of five years from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship, including electronic components and labor, which shall be provided for a period of five years free of charge - customer always responsible for shipping. Following a lapse of five years from purchase date, we can provide necessary replacement parts and labor at an additional cost to you.

• This warranty covers only standard household use of this product. 
• This warranty does not cover failures due to wrong use, abuse, accidental damage of the product or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than E-steam and its Authorized Service Centers.
• This warranty does not apply to accessories (including Vapojet).
• This warranty will be honoured only when the original invoice and warranty copies (indicating the date of purchase) are presented with the returned product.
• Only E-steam authorized personnel can provide technical service without voiding your warranty.
• Any personal attempt to repair any issue with your Elnapress will result in a voided warranty.
